They are 44 and 48 years old, come from Villingen-Schwenningen in the Black Forest in Germany and have created a worldwide unique concept. We are talking of the brothers Ernst and Hartmut Benzing, who initiated and developed the tourist attraction 'The Cone'.

Some 20 years ago Messrs. Ernst and Hartmut Benzing went into self-employment. In 1992 they jointly founded the real estate company "Benzing Immobilienbüro" in Villingen. The company developed continuously from a real estate broker to an industrial realty broker and finally to a project office for industrial properties.

In 2004 "ProCommerz Projekt GmbH" was founded in Switzerland to realise international projects, also upon request by investors. This company provides the legal framework for the project 'The Cone'.
