Company

ProCommerz Projekt GmbH was founded in 2004 in Kreuzlingen, Switzerland.
The purpose of this company is the concept, feasibility study, project plan and business plan to realise a major international project in the field of tourism.

In 2008 the company relocated to Widnau in Switzerland (canton St. Gallen) for business reasons and upon request by the investors. The geographical proximity with the resident ZOVAG Chartered Accountants offers additional synergies.

With the support of venture capital investors the company was assigned the active implementation of the tourism project "The Cone" on 04.01.2008.

Changing the GmbH into an AG (Ltd to plc) and new offices are planned.
